While living in India, managed a team of five PHD-Students in developing and shipping a mobile app

Summary

While in Bangalore, India I lead the mobile application team as the head manager, reporting directly to the executive panel of FISA-B. Together, we built an application to create connections and opportunities for international students. I employed an AGILE workflow with TRELLO, delegating UI/UX design, frontend, and backend while also working hands on in each.

Key Contribution: Led and shipped a cross-platform mobile application by managing a distributed team of five PhD student developers in Bangalore, translating high-level organizational goals into a working product through structured AGILE execution and cross-cultural technical leadership.
