Summary
I built this program as a writing assistant that works with you in real time, rather than by copying and pasting. A big issue I see with the inevitable use of AI’s for writing is that the original intention and knowledge base of the writer is not maintained with the current UI/UX paradigms- i.e. asking ChatGPT to write you an essay or even to fix an existing one gives far too much creative and intentional license to the GPT. Instead, humans should take the creative role, and this is what LLM CURSOR helps you do.
Unlike other tools, this tool uses a comprehensive panel of LLM’s that work together to improve your tone, grammar, and spelling while aligning the writing with your intentions, as you type, and it does that system-wide, not just in a browser. It feels as if you are writing with the hand of an LLM.
Key Contribution: Designed and built a system-level LLM writing tool that performs as an intelligent spellcheck and optional tone enhancer, preserving the authorial and creative of the user- creating a healthier UI-UX paradigm for AI assisted writing.
